Most of the LSC crowd will offer GFE.
I haven't seen it on LSC, but the standard in this area is if BBFS isn't available, then they are only listed as GFE.
CIP is always YMMV and the bay area k-orgs rarely call it out, so you'll have to do research.
Whenever I've seen an org call it out, it's because there is a bonus associated with it.

4. I've found usually late 20's to late 30's. I don't recollect anyone over 40, but I do not visit them all at LSC.
5. There is no k-org that guarantees the services you are looking for. It's the ladies that determine how they enjoy themselves.
