I have been there 3 times over the years. Only once did I leave happy and the massages were a 5 at best. But it has been a long time, maybe 2 years since my last visit. So maybe I am not the best example.

The lady was by no means a youngster, but was not horrible. The ending was below average (I was encouraged to go it alone) and the other issue I had is the paper thin walls. I think the owner and the therapist had a conversation through the wall at normal conversational levels. For the pice ($80) + tip I would prob not repeat when there are better options out there.

If charges did not go through when you were at the establishment that means you never signed the authorization receipt, therefore charge if over $20 is not valid. Explain what happened to your bank and submit a dispute requesting establishment to provide your signed receipt as proof that charge was valid, since establishment will not be able to supply the sign document your bank will credit your account back.
Part of the fun for me is the new experiances that are good. Seems that about 1 out of 5 is not so good even at the same location. When the massage starts out reminding me of someone washing a car in a heck of a hurry it's all down hill from there. Or when they do the prostate thing and rub you down with the same hand. I left a place the other day and felt crapy all over.

They must be really desperate to have phony postings made by some who are not experiencing what we get from NT, IT, Rainbow, Asahi and Far East. AAA/Adayfou needs to get with the program and quit being so jurrasic with older motos. LOL to all.

I did exactly that, but still was a pain in the ass. And of course, explaining to the credit card company was a little awkward. HAHA
Got a massage and it was kewl that the table shower was in the room but the whole session was nothing specal. Nothing like the AMP's. Seems to me that a lot of the American girls just dont have it.
I paid a visit to NT on Mills this week. In the past I have gone exclusively with Tracy, but the past few times I have called, the person who answers the phone has said that she is either "not here today" or "on vacation."
I decided to just stop by and take my chances. When I got there I asked if Tracy was available and was told again that she was not there. I asked when she would be returning and nobody seemed to know.
I decided to stay and got a below average, half hour massage from "Michelle."
She's nowhere near as pretty as Tracy, gave a half-hearted effort with the massage, and was both pushy and not as accommodating after the flip.
I left as happy as I could be given the circumstances. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and probably won't return to NT unless Tracy comes back.
Does anyone know where Tracy went?

This is one of the All Stars in the area. My humble guess is that you did something wrong to freak her out. She is one of the best at what she does. While she is not the prettiest I have seen, I highly recommend her.
I suggest that you try again and this time be nice, converse with her, treat her with respect, and tip well. She will remember you positively the next time.
Note: None of this is intended to mean you definitely did something wrong. Women are wired differently. You may have done everything right and just got her on a bad day.
