Based on my reading it seems like Noho Dreams is not highly regarded on this board. Regardless of that, I have in fact have gone twice now in the last month or so. They specifically offer a VIP Nuru gel ("authentic" according to the ads) 1 hr option with upcharge, if they didn't before. Like I said, haven't tried yet but will at some point. Difficult to justify when I can see a k-girl with the money.
