I keep all my pictures set to private so no one I know can spot me while they are browsing. When I choose to reach out to someone I usually make my pics visible to them by clicking on "Share Private Photos" on their profile. That way the only people that can see you are the ones you choose to and you can always unshare your photos with them at any time. The downside is you will get few women reaching out to you because they can't initially see your pics but I still find it worth it for me. Hope this helps.

You have to weigh the risks. You can always back-out photo access to someone later. But if they've screenshotted it already, they have it.

One tip: DO NOT USE A PHOTO you've POSTED ANYWHERE ELSE ONLINE. Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Photos are reverse searchable. Not sure about FB.

Now when face recognition searching gets more widespread, we'll have more issues. To come.

Coffee meet and greets. Have to be done in public. I pick a place where its unlikely someone who knows me will see me. If they do I'll just say it's my daughter's friend from college who wants grad school tips. Yes it's a risk. Again, weigh the risks.

Saw her this evening and man, what a waste of money and sketchy situation. She was originally quoting 600, then 480 but I was adamant with her about 200 being my limit. Here's what I did: I found a website / app where you can upload a picture of yourself and they'll use facial recognition software to find search a database of photos to find people who look like you. I got about 50 hits and then chose a random photo of some guy who is a little *less attractive* than me. I've been on the site for more than a year and am getting as much action as I have time for. Of all the women I've met, not one has "called me out" for it. A bunch have said that I was more attractive in person and that I should choose a better pic. LOL. Most have said nothing. Others I've told about this strategy once we've struck up a good rapport. They've all found it hilarious or said it was a brilliant idea. One didn't believe me when I told her the picture wasn't me. I have ran into some who ask for more pictures beforehand. Those are losses, obviously. But whatever.
