From my experiences majority of the SBs are down to scam you. The ones that are DTF are definitely a minority. To categorize I would say 30-40% are gas money scam. 50% are first date and bail. 10-20% are pros who use SA in addition to other advertising. The remaining 5-10% are a possible DTF. In all my experiences I have reached out to around 2000 SBs. Got response from maybe a 200. Met in person 30 and had arrangements with 5 of them. It is a frikking long game. All this sucks a lot of your time. But it sure is fun playing the game.
