Only thing I could give you a reference on is the house fee (which I don't believe has changed, though it has been over 3 years since the last time I was there), which was 60 for 15min, 100 for a hh, 200 for an hr. Every girl working there had her own rules as far as what they would do and how much they want for it. Some of them wanted the "tip" up front, some would let you give it to them afterwards.
