For the most part I am looking to stay as anonymous as possible which gets harder on something like a trip.

But I don't do too much of that because their good behavior starts to fade once the familiarity grows beyond a point. I think it takes a lot of experience and free time to do this sort of thing. But still always keep your guard up and let her know you're the boss. Otherwise you will very easily turn into her Uber driver and her ATM.
