Anybody, with any number of posts is allowed to post a question. They are free to do so, there is [b]NO[/b] posting requirement to satisfy before a member, without fear of reprisal, is allowed to ask a question. End of. They may post a question with their very first post, it's [b]NOT[/b] a violation of the TOS to do so. Just as they are free to ask, everybody is equally free to ignore them.
What [b]IS[/b] a violation of the TOS is put up posts harassing other members regardless of the time they have been on the forum. These are the forum rules, not the rules a few of you guys have decided are in effect.
