Just trying to make people aware of what I saw. I know nothing other than that there was a post. It could absolutely be what you mention, I however, am not willing to take the risk.

Go get a prepaid card when you deal with companies your don't know anyway, it may save you a real hassle.

Most of them are not allowing international charges anymore either. I chased this around about six months ago and it is almost impossible to find a prepaid card. Read closely before you spend your money.
