It's also a $60 charge to use the VIP rooms which have no cameras. The dancer decides how much per song so I would suggest negotiating beforehand. You should definitely consider at least checking it out.

Showcase Theather is a pretty chill place. Cover was $30 and you can reenter free of charge. Regular dances is $20, topless is $30 and nude is $40. Unlike Mill streams or Hustlers, they play through the whole songs (not cutting it by 2 min. 30 seconds).

To make things better, the VIP lounge they got is $20 at the "bar" and $30-$40 a song afterwards. Never got to utilize it but something to think about gentlemen.

A couple of con; maybe not too bad if you have my taste in a gentlemans club, No alcohol or drinks, music too-diverse and most of the girls range from 4-8 out of 10 .

I'm not really a drinker and unless its my birthday, I try not to spend too much on my nights out. For me, Showcase theater is not too classy and not too ghetto, its just right.

But Red Room on Friday and Saturday days suddenly saw mini- flood of past all stars. Blond Ashley, red head Britney, exotic Nicole, A relatively sober Crystal, even Mckenzie from PC. I'm sure it won't last -- probably there for quick $$$ injection; and spent a decent time complaining about why they were back. But who cares; it was 4-5 actual lookers, some good VIP, some lap dance. If only would last. But you may want to check before it disappears.

I happened to be traveling through that area, so I took a detour to check it out. The place seems to be on its last leg and bets are that it will close within a year. That is probably the reason why they have an entrance fee. There were only three strippers working and they all had bolt ons. I was one of maybe five or six customers there. My only con is that the DJ seem to blur between songs, so it was difficult to determine for myself when a song ended and a new one began. This was important because I found myself negotiating with a couple of the dancers about how many songs that I should pay for.

Overall, not a bad experience. Roaming was allowed by two of the three dancers. My favorite dancer was Jess, an older short blonde PAWG with bolt ons. I was not successful in steering the conversation for takeout, but it was my first time there. I am not sure if paying for nude was worth it due to all of the cameras in VIP, but the girls were willing to try to make me "as happy as possible". So, I did not pay for nude and check out their box anyway in VIP. I might revisit to see if anything change. Also, while I was walking out dancers were coming on shift and a cute young natural and brunette caught my eye. I am curious if anyone had a better experience.

Are we witnessing the end of strip clubs? There's no shortage of adult fun out there between phones and hookup apps, dating sites, online porn and it used to be if you wanted to do any of that stuff you could or get close at the strip club. Now you can get really easy entertainment without leaving the house and if you do leave the house there are plenty of ways to have fun that compete with a strip club.

We have all been sharing stories recently of the good old days and even the bad more recent days and I am now wondering if clubs, around here anyway, are past their prime. Lots are closed. The places on North Point Blvd are down to just one or two. The place up in Towson was only a bikini bar and that has been gone for a while. There are a few OK places left but there used to be many more. I have trashy taste and most of what's left is trashy for me; and really, I have very trashy taste.

As for me, I used to love them but now they're not so much fun. I remember having a great time even during the afternoon as recently as 2005 or so. OK: I guess that's a long time ago. Some readers here were just wee mongers, if even that, back then but still it seems like every year it's just a little worse and then one day it will just be gone or so bad you just don't want to go.

Anyway, just curious. Would love to see high quality live entertainment make a come back but not sure if it does it will come back in the form we remember.

Another dude coming in thought it was also excessive and asked if we could take a look to see if it was worth the spend. She said "you got to pay first. " I left and the other guy did as well. They also lost a faithful regular. SMDH.

They are charging $30 for VIP on a non event night? WTF I thought the $30 VIP bs was cause I was there on a "fight night", from the sound of it they have literally jacked up the price to be $30 for VIP every night now which is insane. Just looked on their website and nothing on the events page for Monday so the new owners are just ripping everyone off now. If it is a normal night the price should be $20 to get VIP not $20 just to get in the door, the new owners being greedy pigs is going to seriously hurt the place and it should.

I used to like the place but hearing this just makes me shake my head in disgust.

I didn't have anything to do last night do I hit the block. Went to the Oasis. Found a very cute redhead. I have never been into the reds but this girl had it going on. Short with bright blues and a phat bottom. She has only been there a week. Her name is amber, go figure right. She was easy to get out the door. He made good on his word and I wandered around and tipped some dancers on the stage. I ended up getting a dance from a blonde girl with huge tits and wide hips (her name was katie? You can't miss her if she's working. Used to be a bartender and talks about working out. The dance was $30 and I could put my hands where I wanted but the 1 song was definitely too short for the price.

Other trips to the block don't have a cover charge, aside from Hustler. Here's the thing. If the hobbyists on this board make a big show of the new management's BS cover charge, there might be enough people walking off in disgust to show them how much money they lose by charging for entry.

But this latest jump is way out of market, and impacts all aspects of experience, from entrance to lap dance. Again, it reflects an example of a failing business -- rather than try improving experience, you gouge prices, which means fewer guys, and so fewer dancers except those suffering from MAjOR dependency issues. And so it goes. Club's website now a mess, no info on events, and apparently, not even thought of enough to get adult entertainers anymore (Dillion Harper will be in area, but not at HC)

Since changes, have not returned, and no plans to.

I usually visit the block weekdays, early afternoon, but tomorrow I have the opportunity for a rare Saturday visit. I know these things can't be predicted, but does anyone have a general feel about how activity may be?

Good place to chill. Cheap beers 4,5 $ (Week days). Topless only. Lap dances 40 $. If you're by the stage, be prepared to tip every 5 minutes. They also got pool tables which is cool.

Place in a shady spot, parking is horrible. Super dark. The girls there need to be on atkins. Lap dances are 70 $ for 3 songs.

Good spot, clean, attractive girls. Good music. Alot of parking. Be prepared to spend alot of money. Drinks are not cheap!!
