What happened to all the travelling Russian / Ukrainian women?

Anyone else having a hard time logging in? Sometimes I get a message that says: "Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. ".

This happens when I've been logged out for awhile, and I'm logging in for the first time again, and also when I'm certain I've typed in my password correctly. Also, when I'm on my phone trying to use the site, it will log me out after only being logged in for a couple of minutes even when I'm actively using the site.

Not heard of that service before. Was it 'imperva' but seemed like it had some bugs.
