Usually the door fee isn't included, there were a few that were flat rate but they all seem to have disappeared or are in the process of disappearing.

From my experience, I went in to the White Bird and showed them the 140 ad from BP and they honored it including the HF. Saving about 20 bucks or so but also saves you from haggling. Something to note, you may or may not get the best service because of the discount.

Heads up that some places don't list the times and the cheap fee is only for 20 minutes. Good rule is that when you text, it should be clear what you're paying for.
