Repeats himself to the point of a complete ridiculousness. Not funny, not smart, sometimes plain stupid. Contributes nothing besides his meanness. One spiteful ball. Would give him less but one ball is the lowest evaluation.

Wiseass, not with us anymore. He was super active but mostly focused on abusing Mattis for some not quite obvious reason. Didn't really know what to make of this obsession but seemed strange.
