Actually, nowhere is really any good, from what is posted here. North Ft. Myers and Suncoast are slim to none for the most part.
Luck vs. Time of day for any walker is also factor of whether you will see anything or anything good.
As my handle implies, I like chocolate candy. Damn! Where are the black streetwalkers? I've cruised the Chevron area, back streets, and near the hospital and I've found nothing. One nondescript white hooker shouted at me from the Chevron driveway to come back in 5, and she'll be ready. It looked like she and two other people where either hitting a pipe or sharing a needle, fuck, I don't know, but whatever they were doing was more important than sucking my dick. Last night I was pulling out of a legitimate business, and woman walking south approached my car. "Are you lookin' I was looking, but she wasn't good lookin' so I passed. Cruised a little more, and found nothing.
So here may be the problem. Both times I've cruised it's been in the 5 - 6:30 pm time slot. I should be out there earlier? Later? Maybe a couple more different spots? There's got to be more strollers out there than two drug addled, aging white babes with questionable dental hygiene. Where are they?

If you are like me that can be hard to do, I know, however, the catch22 here is that when there is a good supply of providers they get their gang of regulars built up pretty quickly this time of year. The local mongers know this and have their own stash of UTR's, and I have too, except I wasn't able to grab one this year. I have been here for 3 years and this is the worst I've seen it. Maybe Uncle LEO is doing his job, I see alot of UC cars in the area.

Undercover vehicles are just that, undercover. They're no different than a car you or I would drive, save for the piece of shit pig at the wheel. Unlike unmarked cars, undercover cars are mainly used in anti-crime sting operations. You know, arranging a deal with a known dealer and using the undercover cop and their car as bait. When the deal is made, the unmarked and marked cars swoop in. That said, still be careful, because I've seen Uncle using blacked out toyota sedans and even SUVs with civilian plates. But back to the question about finding talent.
I'd say he needs to go earlier. Ideally between 8 am-3 pm would be my guess. Alternatively, he could try 9 pm-5 am or some other ungodly hour, but no one is trying to be driving around at that time. Best bet is to go during early sunrise / working hours after 8. That's how I found Stefanie at the hospital.
