The best advice anyone can give you is to read and follow these rules:

Most important rule of all: DO NOT TALK TO THEM THROUGH THE WINDOW. If the girl will not get into your car with ABSOLUTELY NO DISUCSSION through the window, then drive off. Anything more than a simple nod and a smile is too much. No one has ever confirmed that a LEO chick got in their car in order to make the bust. The severity of the offense does not warrant LEO putting themselves at unnecessary risk to make a bust.

Once you know what you're doing, you don't have to necessarily follow ALL the rules (I break rule #13 and #14 from time to time), but NEVER EVER break Rule #9.

There's two rules that I follow that are not on the list.
1) LISTEN TO YOUR GUT. My gut has told me not to pick certain girls up at certain times and I've had no idea why, but I listen to my gut, 6th sense, guardian angel, or whatever you want to call it. So far, I have not been busted and I have only been a victim of cash and dash once.

Decoys are trained to never enter your vehicle. That is for reasons of control and safety. Most decoys are wired for audio and under constant visual surveillance from nearby. They will always try to get you to verbally make a deal through your open window. Something of value for an illegal sex act. That's all they need! Then the troops will roll in and you're busted. Always be aware of your surroundings. It's not so easy to hide 5 or 6 unmarked po po vehicles. Unless you.

Are totally distracted by their alluring decoy. Never focus all of your attention on an interesting lady!

SP this afternoon nailed a bunch of unlucky guys! Stay focused, remember the rules and don't rush into anything! Not certain where in SP they conducted this latest sting? Cactus Motel area has been their most recent playground.

This makes good headlines for the mayor and chief!

Just drove up 19 from Central to Park blvd and didn't see much out. Leo not in sight (which probably means they are up to something) and only one WSW with a huge rack near the sunoco. Face was a 6 and body was about an 8 on SW scale. By the time I circled back around she was hopping in the truck of some other monger across the street. Oh well, I will definitely cruise again later on tonight.

Guys, got any advice for a rookie monger on a trip to Saint Pete? I'll be staying in South Saint Pete near US 19 & 54th Ave South. Any spots down that way to keep an eye out for tail?

Beth is kinda crazy or just tweaking. Rambling today big time from how beautiful she was, to getting beat up, really needed a pepsi to showing me her stomach in which had sores all over. Declined to hang with her. She is at blockbuster on 19. I'll give her that she does have a beautiful face and could probably be hot if cleaned up. She was too much drama for me today. You'll see her in jeans and a red sweatshirt. Anyone know her last name? Pm me if you do.

Stay safe! [/QUOTE]That all street stings are walking. This was in Tampa, but could happen anywhere. The decoy was sitting on a bus bench. Notice even the 'real' cops were fooled by the decoy! LOL! Decoy was stupid, however; for not identifying herself to them? Guess she played the hooker role too well?

I'd recommend staying away from Beth for a little while. I ran into her Saturday night and she does have some nasty looking sores on her. She says she got a room full of bed bugs, which is plausable, but not the only thing it could be. She also has a nasty cigarette burn. When I ran into her she had just done a hit of crack and taken an oxy -- she told me so.

The girl really needs a doctor. I hate to say it, but it would do her good to get busted and cleaned up again.

[/QUOTE]I would think physical arrest would be a result of her uncooperative behavior as opposed to just sitting on the bench. Those bus bench laws are usually enacted to keep whinos from sleeping on them, so actual bus riders can sit on them or to keep the neighborhood from turning into a drop in center at night. I've known some business owners and residents who have had real problems with the litter, public urination, and other side effects of having some of these gents set up shop on or next to their property. Once you've had to deal with these guys those laws seem a lot less fascist.

Oh, that's right. They aren't drunks or whinos, they're homeless so the tax payer is supposed to put up with that crap. Just sayin'.

Very bad day for some mongers in SP. Quite a few were arrested by SP po po and another 1 was nailed by the sheriff? I guess there were just no other unsolved crimes to deal with? Looks like a couple even flashed the decoy and were charged for that as well. No deals or LEO checks through an open window or door!

Same back-up (maroon sedan) parked in Deja Vu consignment store parking lot.

The good part is, it makes mongering for real providers easier.
