They are all in Australia working for half the price, so you either out of touch or don't really travel much trust travel around the world or even across different states. Everyone needs to remember that people here, we are not all the same page. World economy is trash. In Korean culture the male is dominant and besides that their economic output is flat. Who really thinks that there is a great future for an elderly provider there? They'll be cutting hair, waiting, cashiers or some other menial tasks. Americans don't really care so much about age and are easily satisfied, and we have a favorable travel agreement. Visas are easy and it is difficult to stay in Australia since they will kick you out.
