I've noticed a number of ads on Backpage are advertising the girls as being "420 friendly".

To me, that just seems to smell of everybody's least favorite uncle playing his old tricks, maybe hoping for a 2 for 1 catch.

Not to say I haven't seen providers who partake of that Rastafarian sacrament (or who most likely had glaucoma or another valid medical reason), but since this is Indiana and not Colorado, I find extremely suspicious. I just don't see why that would make sense to advertise.

Am I just being paranoid?

I'm sure those providers do suffer from glaucoma, but like you, I avoid any overt reference to medical issues, given the inherent risks associated with the needed / preferred medication.

They're already advertising sometimes discreetly, sometimes not discreetly, for an illegal act, and then they're adding ANOTHER illegality to the ad. If you like to party, go for it.
