Not even cops patrolling. Felt like a zombie apocalypse movie.

I wonder if this is the incident that finally kills the loop; gentrification, increased patrols, and heavy handed politicians. They killed the K-AMP scene, and I thought that would never happen.

Unless you want an addict in Baltimore, the SW scene will be dead for a while. Most girls have moved online or on a sugar daddy site. I have actually met a few strippers and SWs on both of those options.

However, I do miss the streets when tall Jessica, curly red hair and curves all over, was there. Also, RIP Courtney and a few others. Those times are now legendary. I do not know if any of you actually remember why that street became the site for strangers. It is a long interesting story, but the short version: it was a local community effort with the church involved to keep everyone safe. If the decriminalization of prostitution is ever passed in DC, then there may be safer options to participate in this hobby. However, until another community comes together to either push the decriminalization through and or develop a safer area, then I predict this scene will die out and relocate closer to SE DC. Imagine that.

I'm working late downtown all week and nightly have been getting out around 3-6 am with no luck. Checked Logan, Thomas, k /15 thru L /11th loop. Checked each a couple times a night. Ghost town.

Working downtown over night again and started driving around about 330. Checked the loop, Logan, Thomas, New York, h and 4th strip, checked the 90's-early 2000 trannys strip for giggles at k and 7th, drove 13th all the way out to residential area, and the same with 14th. I did this all over and over again and saw absolutely nothing. Then I remembered seeing some action on WV back in the day so thought I'd take a stroll. It was rough. In total off of FL and all the way down WV there must have been 15-20 of them. Couldn't wait to leave. If anyone knows any other spots to check I'm all ears. Stay safe.
