BHL Reviews
Magic City: Its been so long since I've been here. Just can't get with the air dance, but I'm tempted just to see some of the World Star booty twerking chicks in there.
Pinups: I rarely get to this club. Mainly because I can't figure out the fastest way of getting here. All the other clubs I can quickly hop on / off an interstate. Seems like I always take the longest, scenic route when trying to find this place.
Onyx: I thought this place was all air dance, too! If I recall, parking can get tight in this area.
Follies: I know the majority of the board loves this place. Still on the fence on if I'll find someone with a serious donk here, but BHL endorsement might loosen me to the idea!
Rocafella. I had a good time here in my one and only visit so far which was back in August. Word of mouth has probably got this place at the right point by now!
Foxy is only good if you're more into body than face and can find the right vibe. I have some regs here who take care of me pretty good.
Queen city: You might've seen my reivew already. Don't think its worth going out of the way but if you package it so you hit that and Deja Vu (if its still open) in the same night it might be ok. I'll be making rounds again after Thksgiving.

Best seat as usual is the back wall near VIP where you can slip a rubber on and get your oil changed and tires rotated for a fee.

The Bathroom Guy
LOL! I had to add one more comment from BHL reviews. As you might guess, the bathroom guy is another peeve of mine in both strip and night clubs. Not sure how many are familiar with this hustle where certain clubs have a "bathroom" attendant that carry stocks of candy, gum, sex toys & gimmicks, etc. My peeve is only with the ones that want to be tipped to turn on the water, squirt some soap in your hand and give you a paper towel as you exit. Obviously, I can do these things for myself and depending on the club, the soap and paper were stocked before this dude arrived. Keep in mind, they are not janitors, so there are NOT actually cleaning toilets, etc. At most, they wipe down the sink before they set up shop.
I remember a dude hounding me in Babes to buy cologne and / or incense and spraying me with all kinds of stuff! I'm trying to wave this guy off, because I don't want to smell like anything other than smoke, which I can easily explain, vice the cologne that I don't usually use. I've even been in some clubs where they have a chick making rounds selling teddy bears and roses. REALLY? For a stripper? Has it gotten that serious? But if the bathroom guy can give some valuable intel on who's down or not, I would actually value that type of info!

Sure he's going to hassle you to buy his shit once he has your ear, but do yourself a favor and buy something off him from time to time, and shoot the shit with him. He's a Bastion of Information. He knows a lot of what's going on around the SC scene both in Babes and a lot of other places.
I think I'm going to try Shooter's again. One of the girls I had a ball with in VIP at Follies used to work there and claimed the VIP's at Shooters were better, more private, whatever. Can anyone confirm?

If you're coming from the West or Downtown, then you need to take 20 and get off on Moreland, turn left (toward the city and away from Foxy Lady and Blaze) , go up to Josea Williams and turn right going past the school (make sure to drive speed limit or within five miles of it at all times) , go to Howard and turn left (This is a tricky turn somewhat because Howard is also on the right a little further down and is easier to see, but trust me, it's a left) , keep riding through the Kirkwood residential area and all the stop signs and the road curves around and turns into College. Ride that up to Sams Xing and turn left, and turn right on Ponce and drive about 5 or 6 seconds and it's right there on the left. It took me years to find that route, LOL.

Yeah, if your not familiar with Avondale (which I'm not) and your operating without GPS, it can be a challenge. Appreciate the trip tip, BHL! I've been basically going diagonally northeast from the downtown area, sticking straight on Ponce de leon to keep from getting lost. Its just not an area I've been too for anything else except Pin ups (and a nightclub I found by accident when I went a little too far).
And the Babes dude is ok. He doesn't hawk me like he used to! But, man, when he first used to see me, he'd just spray away without even asking!

LOL
Simplest way to Pin-Ups in my opinion is Moreland Left on Dekalb Ave (its the overpass, you drive under, then loop back around to get on it) Left on Commerce Right on Ponce.
From Downtown area that is.

The reason I like the way I described is becasue there is pretty much no traffic whatsoever. Going straight up Ponce sucks, especially anytime traffic is out. I tried to do the screen shot of mapquest but the file was too big so I just cut and pasted.

Depending on where you're coming from you could also take 285 and get off at the Ponce / Church St. Exit (exit 40). From there you just follow ponce until you hit Pinups.

Tattletales
Just left tt, and all I can say is that it is fkn busy. All the usual girls, and a smll handful of newbies that I would like to partake in. Got some intel on a couple girls, so I know better for nxt time. Pretty much a boring night here with not much action going on for me. Gotta spend some cheese to have a good time uphere. Too many godamn regulars up here. :/

DM its Follies. Was there again tonite Thursday to sample the day shift and did not leave disappointed. Unfortunately i didn't get to sample the buffet but i did see *ahem*some boisterous "hands on" customers stroll straight to the buffet after palming half the club and picking up the serving spoons. I'm no germophobe but still.
Left an hour after the shift change 8p and took it on down to a rather empty Shooters Alley for a change of pace. Never ventured into the VIP but tomorrow I'll be at Deja Vu.
