The other way to play it is to call the AMP and ask if they're busy. That works best if you can get there within15-20 minutes. Let the MMS know you'll be there soon and, unless they have an influx of walk-ins, you should be ok.
The experience you get depends mostly on the girl you see. So RTFF to do some advance homework before you take the plunge. Make sure to come back to the forum and post afterwards and always good to get the name of the masseuse so you can inform the board about whether she's worth seeing or avoiding.

I have been to most of the places in NVA. Let me start with Herndon and I will cover the rest of the areas soon.
The best in Herndon is Herndon Parkway. Usually good stock and person's with a name similar to grandma is the best. The most good looking that I have seen with perfect body.
Another good one is alphabet 11. Taller and attractive. This place is all in.
One in Elden St close to fairfax county pkway is DIY. Young and nice staff. Good massage, and back walking is very good. In a mood for good massage and no HE, this is a good place to go.
Across from this, close to the Thai Healing Massage is typical K massage. Staff is on and off. Massage is not very good.
Another mile in elden st to west towards Kmart, close to wells fargo bank is Grandma therapy. Amy is ok there, but the rest fail to impress.
Travel further west / south, elden and sprint street, in sterling road, you have two.
K Massage, is again, typical. Nothing special, but if you are in a mood to spend 1. 2 overall, it is good. I like the sauna there.
Close it is another Ch Massage, DIY. Very good massage.
Travel further down in sterling road, next signal on the right, there is a Ch massage. Legit. Good Massage. Staff not very attractive.
Worldgate shopping center, is another place to get a good massage. Not even DIY is offered there.
The latest in the mix is herndon downtown. When I walked in I saw some one in late 40's walking out, was wishing that was not it. But that was it.
But she tried her best to please me. She is smoker, so stinky breath was big turn off (as some one mentioned in another post).
So if I have to pick the best I will pick Herndon Pkway. Sunday is awfully busy. So try Sat mornign or Monday. The best girl only work three days.

I was talking with the MMS of a small AMP that I patronize just last week (I had been away, so had not seen her for a while). I asked if they had been busy ("business picking up. Summer was slow," she said then added "Sunday's are busy. Some think we are not busy during football, but frequently we are. ".
So. Again JmS's advice is sound -- call them (or ask next time you visit). MMSs most places generally like to talk to customers -- likes customers to be happy -- like's customers to return.

Had a younger provider, cute, late 20's, nice sized rack, said she was only there a few weeks. Got the hour and while there was some ass massaging, nothing sensual. The benefit for the hobbyist is that it's easier to move to your Plan B if your first choice flakes out on you.

Visitor from the MD side here. Felt like taking a drive, ended up at Qin (9210,9214, 9279) - like AmpForever, I prefer to support the CAMPs when I can. Got a provider who called herself Judy. Tough english skills (she was trying to use Google translate to have a conversation. I'm Asian as well so she was confused as to why I couldn't speak Chinese). Not skinny, but ok. She was a 5 or 6, looks-wise, but not in a way that would send you running.
Like Crankcase, thought everything was about average. She tried to haggle about prices as well, which combined with lack of English, was annoying. Still want to give this place another chance, and I will, but probably request a different provider.

Dreamed of C and C a couple times over the last few months. Both times with June. First she was very shy, but when permission to cross lines was given, she warmed up quickly. Absolutely killer spinner body. Really nice see headlights.
Above average TS, very skilled therapuetic massage. One of the better BWs that I have had. Right pressure in the right places. You, on the other hand, have selflessly used your first posts to share some of your findings, information that you obtained through the expenditure of your own limited time and hard-earned money. That's how members build up "board cred", but some members don't seem to grasp the concept. I have a feeling that you'll soon gain the full respect of your fellow forum members, which translates into access to some of their more privileged information that isn't necessarily shared in open discussions. Monday I ventured to FF Massage in Chantilly. Route 50 and Centerville Road intersection.
Kind of like the Landstown experience. Rooms with roof open so that you can't even make a conversation. The provider was Coco (the third Coco). She is cute, good massage skills, but that is it. Nothing else offer or ask. I am usually fine with a good massage if the provider is not appealing. She was desirable, so left me in a incomplete state.
Ventured down to Manassas area to find some thing more satisfying but failed to get any. At the end I went another Chinese place in Mathis Ave.

There was only one provider and she had no appeal. But I went ahead anyway assuming it was just going to be another hour of massage. The massage was pretty good but on the flip she waited for me to initiate the act. I did, so it resulted in HE. It was a good experience because I was not expecting it. Still fairfax Coco is the best. I will be visiting her again this weekend.

I'll start by saying that I've been using this board for quite a while, but I haven't contributed in a looong time. I've benefited a lot from the information provided here, so I'll try to repay that kindness with some info on recent dreams I've had.
My last dream was of the spot in Upper Paris. All of my dreams have been pleasant, but a few things could be better. In this dream was Suzy, who I've dreamed of several times before. She gives a really great massage, which I've found to be a nice bonus in this hobby rather than the norm. She was a little rougher than usual so I may ask her to dial it down a notch in the future. My only real complaint, in general, is that they don't have a TS. They have a standard one, but it is a do-it-yourself affair. Sometimes after sitting in traffic for hours it can be nice, but typically I'm fine just using my own at home. Massage was great, it was mostly all back massage but that left more time for other things later. OTC and UTC roaming allowed, and top was dispensed with quickly. She's got a nice pair on her and was not shy about sharing with me. After some attention downstairs, and unchecked roaming was asked if I was interested in "this" motioning to her skirt. I replied that I was interested, and down it went. This led to a short body to body massage which was very nice. Finish was above standard, but not full. I'm sure there's a term, but forgive me as I'm clueless to what it might be. It was similar to a Russian finish, but she used her legs instead, simulating a more full service endeavor.
I've also been curious about lower paris, as UP typically gets most of the attention. I had a dream there months ago and the provider was very attractive, didn't get her name, but she was constantly talking. Like, would not shut up. Standard NOVA during that trip, and I wanted to repeat but I avoided it for a while. I tried again once when UP was busy and I politely turned down the provider, as I did not find her to fit what I was looking for. Tried a third time before my last dream of UP and they were so busy I saw one monger turned away without an answer at the door, I waited 10 minutes, and was turned away myself, but at least they answered the door for me. I didn't think they were anything special but I'm left to wonder after my hit or miss experiences if I am in fact missing something here. If anyone has had quality experiences here, please let us know.

Election?) but for whatever reason it seems to be a good time for clients.

I'd consider Angel, but only if I was in the area. I believe it is fairly new (and not a GRAND OPENING of a previous AMP).

Senior members (and lurkers of many years) will remember it by many other names (but it has been Blue for a couple of years).
MMS was away on my most recent visit, but the on-site ladies were up-to-the-task of managing phones and customers.
(MMS is very nice visitors and returning clients. She wants to cultivate repeat "no trouble" customers as do all good businesses).
Parking here is very easy, and during all business hours, a safe walk from door to door.
Usual vestibule entrance, very short wait (I was expected) and a cheerful greeting by Tina (a lady taller and much prettier than I).
Inside, the studios are clean and well kept (same studio set-up from as far back as the days of Mike Ono's). Tina collected the standard house for an hour appointment, departed and returned shortly.
Before massage TS was thorough and soapy, but since she used a fast scrubbing technique, I had the perception of being rushed -- but when we returned to the studio, the time on the clock told me it was over 10-minutes (so not rushed at all).
Tina provides a very good massage (and will work as deep into your knotty-muscles / shoulder / neck / legs as you want). Sometimes a truly deep-tissue massage is what I need, and she provided it today.
Her soft technique is also very good.
By the end of the hour (no rush on time), I was relaxed, happy and ready to enjoy the weekend.
I left a standard tip for the massage experience and will repeat.

I think it's a pretty fair bet that most AMP owners check BP and CL regularly to see what their competitors are doing.
Of course, YMMV with individual AMPs and MMS personalities (and some may not be worth the trouble), but it's always better for clients to know when their negotiating positions either strengthen or weaken.

Bonita went from not offering discounts (for her FBSM sessions) to offering them on weekday mornings and more recently she's started offering them even on weekends. Today her 60 min sessions were $70 before noon and now they're at $75 until 4 pm. Jane's pricing has been rock-steady for years at 140/ hr with no shorter sessions offered. While her hr session is still the same she's now offering 45 and 30 min options. For anyone who has had the pleasure of visiting Jane, you know she takes pride in her massage skills and it's quite a change for her to offer anything less than one hr.

I followed mapquest and passed by the location. Uncle LEO at just about every traffic light in town. Looks like a little speedtrap town. I have the feeling that the ever presence of uncle around that one-horse town is definitely why they fly totally legit and UTR. I may have to try it next time I get that far out of town though.
