Click on it with your mouse, this will highlight the address, if it doesn't highlight it, you might have to click a couple times until the whole bar is highlighted. Once highlighted, click the right button of your mouse a a popup menu will be displayed, choose COPY and click on it.
Now that you have copied the URL go to USG where you've hopefully started a posting, within that posting, Left click where you want to insert the URL and then right click again, choose PASTE. The URL should now be in your posting.
