If he banged all four of them in one day it would be a little hard to type, or see the keyboard, or anything.

I don't believe it, and I don't get it either. There is no incentive to put a review up on E anymore since they stopped giving 30 days VIP status for a review. And when you do put a review up if the girl's profile goes down later for some reason the review is removed. When all the profiles went down following the raid in late October I had 52 reviews up and 42 of them were removed because the associated profiles were removed. I'm not wasting any more typewriter ribbon posting reviews on E.

[/QUOTE]Not that this has any bearing on whether the reviews in question are bogus, but I can think of a few reasons to do so, so long as edotcom is still a resource. I reviewed a newbie myself recently (if this guy had fifteen reviews up that didn't take place on the same day we'd all be elated right now). I've had more back channel requests for info in the past two weeks than I had in the previous decade. And I've used it, too, cold contacting hobbyists who've seen women I'm interested in and who seem legit. If you're a good resource, and you play well with others, I think it's worth the 15 seconds it now takes to fill in the worthless forms, because some information still gets through.

(So far as I know, reviews return when the profile in question is reactivated.)

I will say that, while I suspect that edotcom is more the victim of some Federal prosecutorial zealot than its own inept business practices, the handling of VIP memberships is just plain stupid. They might have at least admitted what was happening. After the change I put up a review (legit) of a woman who hides her profile, just so I could see if I got a membership or not. I don't think they've ever told anybody anything, just changed the policy so they wouldn't have to make everyone a VIP automatically. I don't know who's going to pay for what info they let through now, but they're the ones who came up with the policy that makes faking a review easy and automatic. Seems to me that established reviewers still should get points until they figure out what to do next.

1. The lady in question might be completely undesirable (fake pics, bad service, etc) but she puts up fake reviews so you don't know.

2. Your favorite uncle creates an entirely fake entity just to meet you.


I think you were guilty of only thinking from the hobbyist perspective ;) Now you probably share my concern.

B Beall has an excellent point. I have asked a few reviewers on e. Com to share a little extra information recently. I'm not asking for explicit details, just generic stuff like why did you rate her average. I don't think I'll be doing it anymore but it does have potential for others.

First, freckles appear predominantly on a certain skin tone with hair color that is the least of my liking, so at first I pass on them and look at the other more exotic gals as you well know. Second, seeing freckles is like reading fine print, and since I need reading glasses, I can't see fine print or freckles since I don't take mine to clubs. Plus, it's dark in those places and that makes it worse.

[/QUOTE]I am ticked at E over changes in the VIP program and changes in the reviews that restrict information. I allowed that to get in the way of clear thinking. I recant and agree that we should post reviews of our encounters, good and bad.

For fake pics, cash & dash, being set up or any other serious matter all the new system allows us to do is rate her "[U]Not worth the effort[/U]." That is a conclusion saying a bad thing but it does not describe what needs to be described. We have no text area to say why.

Note the reviews of today report only (1) visit date, (2) whether she was on-time, (3) the city of the blessed event and (4) the rating. Note the check-off boxes we used before the raid have not changed. The same data goes to Philadelphia. What has changed is not all that we report on the form is reported in the review on-line.

[/QUOTE]Yes (though now providers have no text to answer a bad review with, either, another reason why I wonder how they can hold this business model together. I pay you for a listing, and any bozo can come along and give me a Not Worth the Effort?). But on the other hand, what did bad reviews mean when there was text? Did you believe them, or did you suspect that the reviewer had a bad time, or had been turned down completely and was out for revenge? Obviously, the word of an established reviewer means more than someone who goes from zero to four in 6. 8 seconds. But it still is no guarantee, unless, maybe, you know him.

I'm a sporadic hobbyist. I've always kept a log with profiles and a couple of reviews from established reviewers for those times when I might have some availability but no VIP membership to get an email or phone. And it's amazing how often established reviewers lie. (I kept three reviews of Farrah. All of 'them said "Profile: accurate Pic: accurate," even though she's fifteen years older than she says.) I find it's often the case that someone will tell you in private what got left off the official review, somehow.

I will change my ways and add them to the list of Asians that I have to keep track of for our fellow Asian lover. Never mind, from now on I will make sure I track certain info on all the hot ones, whatever their hair tone is.
