I have lunch down there quite frequently with clients. If you go 6 miles west, yes it gets slightly more rough, but even then, not rough enough for me to stay out of. There are parts of Kissimmee that are close to Disney that I would deem more "rough". Then again, it's still not rough.

Also, You're not going to find these types of places in high-end areas like Windermere.

Nobody said it was the greatest or nicest area, but it is not such a bad area. Milk is basically in "Colonial China town" surrounded by great restaurants and decent shopping.
