After observing the two fake "BSW" on LBB, I ventured over to Fig, saw some girls that looked good on the corner by that grocery store between Florence and Gage, but after I had swung around to talk to them, they were also being detained by LE in the person of two B&Ws. Friday was a bad day to monger, at least in the afternoon, and late evening.

My philosophy is when LE is in town I'll be out of town and venture something safer (like a MP) and more expensive to avoid any LE contact. But some of the guys like the cat and mouse game. Just my two cents.

Hey, I'm an Indiana hobbyist but will be visiting LA area for a few days in about a month. I don't the area at all, and tryiing to figure out what forums are best suited to explore, LA, Orange County, etc? I am sort of flexible where I stay, nothing fancy, but needs to be a clean and safe hotel and somewhat close to Manhatten Beach area and close to some SW area. Any info would be apprecaited. I'd recommend the Hacienda Hotel on Sepulveda in El Segundo, which is just north of Manhattan Beach, and no more than a 10 to 15 min drive from the LBB, Fig and Western strolls using the 105 and the 110. The Hollywood, Orange County and Pomona strolls are about a 30 to 45 min drive away in smooth traffic. I used Priceline (bid your own price) and got it for $[email]55@night.[/email] But you can also try bundling it with your air ticket using the airline's flight / hotel option. Very nice, probably 3-star, well-situated for restaurants, etc.
One point that needs to be made: the LBB stroll is, in fact, not in Long Beach; rather it's in Lynwood & Compton heading down from the 105 to about Alondra Blvd, although some may say it goes further south. You'll find posts for it under both the LA and Long Beach streetwalker threads. I only point out this ambiguity since LBB was one of my favorite and most successful tracks. But if you seek it out in Long Beach you'll be at the wrong end for SW activity.
