The information that I received on the "split" was from a third party and I misrepresented what I heard. The information did not come from my ATF but from a fellow spa enthusiast that talked with my ATF. He got his figures messed up.

I agree with SU21. Tip what you think is appropriate (e. G, $40, $60, $80, $100, $120, etc).

[/QUOTE]Usually the girls get 10-15$ of door fee (some places don't even give the girls any) then they keep 100% of tips, they never split the tip only unless there was a four hand massage involved. Like they internet, Dont believe everthing a AMP girl tells you is true..

Think about it, do you think house only gets $20 25 / hr when girls make $120 / hr? No owner would do that.

Even some of the spa owners have been asking you guys to restrain yourselves.
Remember who is reading what you write on these forums and try to use good judgement.

You really think these girls get to keep all of that money? If that was the case, how come every single one of them has to take the tip and give it right to Mamasan or leave it on the table in the room?
