Saw my first SW since I been around DC in months. As I was going through I saw a BSW around 4th and H, at first I wasn't sure until the wave happened. I did not make the stop.
Looking back over at least the past three years, I can't figure out a standard donation. I've seen references to " 5" and " 6". For other boards, I've seen " ass 100 and " 6" as 160,but I'm not sure if that's how it means here or if that's what people actually are giving.

In DC I've only seen one or two in the haydays of the 90's during the daytime-and those were one-offs and not consistent. Since 200's to today, nothing.
Somebody asked rates, BJ 40 to 60 range, F / S and half-and-half anywhere from 80 to 120, anything higher than that on the street no bueno, you're paying too much. Standard for a decent chick is 40 if you negotiate and 80. If you don't like to haggle CarMax buying, 60 and 100 will get you what you want. If she asks 120 boot her out of the car unless you must have her and she's super fine. IMHO.

There are always the pioneers out there who have bought up a house or two. Perfectly justified to be in the area. And hell, as many black folks ridin nice a mercedes ismt catchin eyes like it would in other cities. Also note I mentioned sticking around the commercial blocks where you can catch them walkin to and from the store fairly easily.
There may be some stings because of this.
