However, we may see a drop in quality at these establishments and yes I can see the hotter ones doing the LA aamp thing. Although lot of those actually aren't indies but an agency. I don't know how the agencies will work here as they will have to buy up apartment units all around, as a result raise the rates. With all the developments they going have the opportunity.
