The problem isn't your phone number showing up. It would be what's in the messages. The crime is in agreeing to pay money for a sex act. It doesn't have to take place, though if phone evidence would show it did, so much the worse. 99% of stings there is no act. Its in the agreement to pay money for it. They know there is a pattern. They were all drug addicts who committed other serious crimes as well as what we use them for.
