Once the girl moves away from the crew and goes individual, the performance goes down drastically, no interest in DFK or provides light GFE or doesn't put in effort to keep the client, I can give you some examples of girls within the last six months whose performance sucked after they left the crew and started advertising individually.

I would proceed with caution and maybe steer clear YMMV.

Case in point. The Bliss crew.
And I have girls who still give spectacular performances after going indie. Just really depends on the girl.
