Most of left survivors (usually very low key, slow places with poor services and average / below average looks) are afraid of hiring popular girls from popular spots, believing those tops from raided big spots may drag too much attention in public.
(That is what happens to several from blue star and happiness girls now) though those ladies promise no ad, no bringing big moutg men, no complaint on too little income, people don't welcome them.
If top girls work somewhere, top notch service would be offered to only old regualrs that she they can trust and new customers will get only very limited safe games.
The problem with all or most of these massage parlors is they all advertise what there doing and of course if LE doesn't do anything about it they get heat from public. For example you don't see drug dealers advertising there selling drugs and where to go they are more discreet about it. Seriously the way these massage parlors advertise is like this business is legal which we all know its not so why not be discreet.

After all, it is the world's oldest profession. The girls will lay low for a while and work on the mainland and other locales, and we should lay low for a while, too. Just be careful where you go, as there are only a handful of places left outside of CC. I have been warned that I should stay away from a certain place because it is under surveillance.
