Seen them both out walking Dixie in the afternoon last few days. Both times they were only 50 yards apart, just south of Copans. Emily has lost weight since the last time I saw her a few months ago. Opted for her roommate Heather both times, less drama and better skills. If you take more than 4 minutes she starts choking herself to get that nut LOL, beats a girl rushing you. Right now she's my go to girl since Asian Robyn wants more $ lately.

Remember. We're dealing with people that are feeding a habit. That habit doesn't have normal working hours, doesn't get sundays or holidays off. They walk when the need requires servicing, and they can't get a regular whose phone number they have, to provide the funds to service that need.
That being said. Restricting yourself to dixie only, is going to limit your potential odds of coming across someone, save for the usual Heather or Emily (who seem to be the only ones out there lately on a regular basis).
There's plenty of posts here, regarding the "talent scout route". A lot of the route takes you off the main streets, into areas where many just don't want to go. OTOH, it's not like I'm going to park and go knock at the door of the trap house either. How much deeper you're willing to cruise into the hood, determines how much better your odds of scoring are going to be.
I tend to do a "grid type search pattern" (LOL), and, for better or worse, it consists of around where they get their meds, because, well, that's where they're going to be. And with all the mongers out hunting, that will go deeper into the hood, many of them don't even make it out to the main streets before they get a pickup. Another probable reason why you're not seeing them out on dixie. I cruise sometimes, as much out of boredom, than actually really looking for company.
It has been deader than usual round the Pompahoe hood lately though. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. I go empty-handed about 75% of the time lately, and my yearning for new talent, keeps me from just picking up the phone and grabbing one of the few girls that can actually hold onto a phone for more than a day or two.
Keep reading. Dig down a little deeper into this thread, and you'll see where people are making pickups, and that will give you some clues as to how to modify your search patterns.

Thursday night, the usual cruise, I spot a WSW up by Dix & 12th. Plenty of other mongers making uturns to check her out, and continuing on. I make a pass. She looks kinda OLD. Go back around for another pass and let her in. She is kinda old (like 50). Reddish hair, grey roots, short, not too skinny with a nice pair of bolt-ons. Says her name is Nina. LEO check, we negotiate 60 for BJ / FS at the cave.
Offer her a shower, she claims to be fresh out of one, smelled pretty fresh. So that saved me the usual 30 minute scrubdown (not that I mind, I won't rush YOU. If you don't RUSH ME). Sadly. Digits did not verify. Now, she is kinda older than I like. But with age comes EXPERIENCE. No outward evidence of bad habits (track marks, burnt fingers). Pricing is a little higher than our average SW, didn't seem open to negotiations either. Well worth the 60, but as a "sex addict on a budget", I'd probably reserve that toll for something a little younger myself. Would definitely recommend either way. Not that I wouldn't snag her again. But 2 at 60, isn't as good as 3 at 40 - especially since most of my regulars at the lower price, deliver a similar skillset.
BTW. Last night, BSO CSI was camped out by the trap house (which usually indicates a DEAD BODY). It seems a girl named Renee, died in the field next to the trap. Cruising through about 9 AM this morning on the bike, I spot a skinny WSW coming around Saxon, headed for MLK. Make the intercept on MLK and start chatting, as much to get some intel on the CSI thing, as a pickup. Calls herself Andi. 30 yo, 5'5", about 100 - reddish blonde, flat chested, skinny little ass (kinda just like I likes them). Get her on the back of the bike and head back to the cave. After a quick bite from the frozen food section of my freezer, off to the shower for a scubdown (douche, razor and toothbrush included at no extra charge), took her sweet time (again, I won't rush YOU). Obvious long-term track marks, not picked up or nasty (the tracks or the rest of her). She's tired (not high), up all night with the Renee thing she says. So things move a little slowly (which is just fine by me). Nice slow uncovered head-game, in the 8-8. 5 range (probably would have been a little more enthusiastic if she wasn't up all night), nice attention to the boys, etc. Move onto DATY, clean (guess the douche helped there) and very responsive. Back for a little more head game, before covering up and going for the finish. CFS nice, reasonably tight, and again responsive. Finish off and drop her at the trap. Damages 40.
I think I've had this one in the car before. But the vibe and attitude was off. No issues with either this time. Would definitely repeat. In fact, she goes on my regular list. Sadly, as usual for trap house girls, no digits. She tells me I can come knock on the first door. Likelihood of that happening is less than zero.

I was driving down Dixie last night and I saw Andi around 8th street. She looked great and she recognized me from our brief meeting last week. I didn't have any intentions of picking anyone up but she looked too good to pass on. After she got in my car, I knew she was on something but I wasn't sure how messed up she was.
We went back to my place around 11:30 and after a drink she took a shower. After she came out we had another drink before going to the bedroom. She wasn't into doing anything and just kept passing out. I tried many times to wake her up and it wasn't working. I figured that I'the let her sleep it off and try again later. At 6:00 this morning she still wasn't capable of staying awake. She said it hurt whenever I tried to stick it in even though we were both well lubed. On top of that, the only thing that came close to getting oral was a unique attempt on my part to stop her from snoring.
After I gave up, I went in the bathroom and something didn't look right. I checked her backpack and I found two of my hand towels and two bottles of my hair products. Some have been just fine, for multiple dates. Others have been psycho-klepto-souvenir-hunters that would fill a shopping cart with your stuff and wheel it out right under your nose, if you gave them a chance. I've had girls that wouldn't touch a see-note if you left it on the floor, and ones that I've caught trying to tap my change jar.
When I had a 2-bedroom place, I had a "clean room & bathroom", that had nothing I didn't care to lose in it. Now, I just keep nothing of value in plain view, and leave nothing out I don't care to lose. And watch 'them like a hawk.
There's a fine line between "greed & need". Example: I keep tampons in the house (cause usually I don't let a little blood put me off), and offer to those that are on the bleed. Some girls just want to grab a handful. Nope. Stuff one, take one for the road. Leave some for the next girl.
I'm not real big on "car dates", certainly not for FS. Just can't get my mojo on in a car.
Just like arrest and disease is a risk of the hobby. Getting snaked is one too. Keep a firm pimp hand, never let the little head overrule the big one, minimize your risk by keeping tempting things out of sight, and you'll keep the odds in your favor.
