Yep! It sure is. Haven't You Noticed that Just About Everything is Illegal?
Isn't erotic massage legal in NC? If not, why not?
Yes, but so is everything else, or will be. Children can't even operate a lemonade stand anymore or sell cookies without the police putting a halt to it.
Licenses are a permit issued by the state or local government (for a fee, sort of like a bribe) that allow the license holder to do something illegal. For example, driving a car is illegal. But, if you have a driving license, you are now permitted to drive a car even though it is illegal. Massage Therapy is illegal. But if you have a massage and bodywork license, you can now perform this illegal act even on the opposite sex which is also illegal.
Well anyway, I suspect that there will be a license to perform erotic massages someday (the fee might be sky high) which at the moment are illegal.
FBSM Is Getting More Popular

C. G. S. Because of severe budget constraints on LEO these days outcall erotic massage is essentially decriminalized in many juristictions; like the Triangle area, which has a flourishing scene of under the radar independent p / t sex workers (lot of college gals, laid off workers) who need $$$ and know the risk of being arrested for a 'crime against nature' under NC's ridiulously archaic law is very small. Plus more and more of these ladies are getting training at places like the New School of Erotic Touch.
The lies we love to hear.
So, I was with my favorite provider yesterday. Referring to my dick, she said,"You've got a monster!"
I chuckled and scoffed,"Naw, it's only average."
She replied,"What makes you think that? I've probably seen more dicks than you. After all, I do this for a living, and I used to be involved in the swinger scene."
To which I said,"Maybe, but I've been in a lot of locker rooms."
I've also read the research on penis size. I know where I am on the charts. Right there in the middle, maybe even a bit toward the smaller side of average. Even so, I went away from the session FEELING bigger. Damn, she's good at her job. I mean, the pros will always tell flattering lies, but most of them are so bad at it. You know it's just a routine. But some know how to lie just right.
