Please let me know if I'm posting in an area I'm not supposed to. The format of this board makes it hard to find anything, it seems like one enormous rambling thread instead of a real *forum*

For the most part (I try to avoid implying something applies to everyone because it never does)

Ladies are usually hesitant to meet someone new in their home.

Just like you have VERY valid concerns (pimps, theft, extortion, or even just indiscretion) , we worry about some things.

You're likely to be much more comfortable in your own surroundings, but we don't know if you.

Have weapons.

Do recreational drugs.

Have three buddies waiting to run a train on us.

Have a hidden camera taping the date.

Have a crazy wife who might come home early and kill us both.

I wouldn't meet someone at home unless we've had a good rapport. Someone I've screened, but also researched his posting habits to see if anything disturbing comes up. I do think that well known and respected board members may be less of a risk, but only because they wouldn't be very likely to do something to ruin their reputation.
