Talking about the spa on 54 reminded me of when I first found that spot. I was next door getting some flea treatment for my dog when I saw the sign. Linda was the mamasan and masseuse, and she was very pretty and gave a great professional massage, but that was it. Linda said they were strictly legit so don't expect more. Her massage was so good I returned and met Angel, who was just hired. Angel was younger and absolutely beautiful, and after the massage she offered me a HJ for a. 5 tip. Well you can fear not, the proposed ban is only within the city limits, of which Kimura and Miyako have long been the only AMPs in that jurisdiction. Beep beep beep News Alert!! There is a new spa in town! Referring back to my post from October 18th (#857) about an AMP on Massachusetts Ave. First there was a sign, then it was taken down, and then I noticed the neon "open" sign was lit, so I stopped in and it was indeed open. They are now waiting on a sign permit from the city to place the big sign. I was greeted by Jessie, a young, beautiful 30 ish China doll. I don't believe Pasco County was involved at all. This was the City of New Port Richey Police, Immigration, Border Patrol & the FL Health Dept. , all 4 at both spas, timed together. They must have done quite a bit of surveillance prior to the bust. From what I understand, there were other immigration and licensing issues in conjunction with prostitution charges. I hear ya regarding their priorities of arrests though. I can tell you this, from a very good source, LE monitors this site and these threads. The more info provided on here, the easier it is for LE. Just sayin.

I was up in Pasco for work on Tuesday read the forums, and decided to give 7 massage a spin. Thank you, because I met Monkey out front but wanted to see CoCo also. Coco wasn't available for 15 minutes but Monkey was. Very cute young and petite. So I went with her. It was a lot of of fun with this young talent. She went out to warm up the shower about halfway through and when she came back she brought in Coco with her. She is absolutely gorgeous. The gal that greeted me was young and cute__at least I thought. She wore some dark framed glasses and I kind of felt a sexy Librarian vibe from her. She was not playful or teasing--though she did give by butt adequate attention. She kept me covered but on flip I got hard and then let towel fall off. She very promptly offered me some oil so I could do the work myself and I started to so that she would see I was not a cop. With a little persuasion she joined in. Not the best massage or greatest finish--kind of right in the middle but she has very small, soft hands and it was a turn on for me and I enjoyed it more than most. I especially liked fact that there was no negotiation on the tip. She just asked, you tip good? I gave her $40 and she had no reaction one way or another. After reading all the reviews of this place, decided to treat myself to a well needed massage. Thanks to the reviews, I knew the girl that greeted me was Monkey and not Coco. I asked if Coco was available, Monkey told me 5 min. Paid the house fee and was led to a private waiting room. Coco popped in later and led me right to the table. I asked about a shower and she told me "massage first, shower after". This was new to me, but I went along with it. Excellent massage, with some "accidental" brushing up against Tiny Elvis. She asked if I was trouble and I told her no trouble. After all was done, she took me to the shower and cleaned me all up. Walked out of there a happy man. . 5 tip for a job well done. Will be going back very soon.

In light of all the LE activity in other parts of the state, maybe it's not a good time for an AMP review, but timing is not always my strong suit. I paid two visits to 7 in the past couple weeks, and was treated to good times by both Monkey and Coco. They are both very qualified to make their customers happy, but each is a little different.

First I saw Monkey, a very petite cutie with an impish attitude. With her glasses and braces, she looks like a schoolgirl. She is comfortable with the English language, and likes to joke with you. Although she is from Taiwan. She is a USA Citizen (so forget the human trafficking angle we hear thrown around) and appears to be proud to be one. She is not the well trained masseuse that Coco is, but she works at it. She walked on my back, but her feet were so small they felt like hands, and her body is very light. Of the two girls, Monkey is probably the sexiest. Coco, on the other hand, is absolutely gorgeous, and comes to us from Singapore. She is also good with the English language, and I believe Singapore used to be a British colony a while back. She does a very professional massage, including back walking. I loved it! And now, a little rant. Law enforcement, with the help of the news media, have made AMPs into houses of ill repute. I have found that most of the girls I've talked to either enjoy working at a massage parlor, or do it to make money to send to their families in Asia. Yes, they are paid for their work, for forget the "sex slavery" angle. Some of them do live at the massage parlor, but others have their own cars and own living arrangements. The recent busts in NPR came about because of zoning issues--the parlors were not in residential areas, and girls lived in them. But I have known of chefs in Chinese restaurants who have been brought over from China and live for a time in a bedroom near their kitchen. People do what they have to do to get by.

Furthermore, I have talked to cops who love to bust guys for sex "crimes", whether it's street hookers or now AMPs. The work is much less dangerous that drug busts, the mongers usually don't fight back, and are basically embarrassed for getting caught.

About the AMP in Jupiter, it was said that LE had cameras installed everywhere in the AMP (bet they had fun looking over the videos!) by means of a fake "bomb scare" that caused the whole strip mall to be evacuated. I haven't heard if that was done in any of the other AMPs that got busted. I'm not sure that evidence obtained in such a way will stand up in court. Also, the mongers were busted for solicitation. To me, that means they requested a specific act and agreed on an amount to pay for it. I don't know how everyone does it, but when I get a massage, the masseuse may point to a certain area that may need work, or nod in that direction. My reply is a nod, as well, but usually (not always) no money is discussed until afterwards when a tip is given. And I often go to legit massage parlors and also tip the masseuse, so it's not necessarily money for sex.

OK, enough of a rant (unless I think up something more to say later). Stay safe and be very careful and observant out there!

Visited 7 spa and drew Monkey. She is great if you don't mind a lot of talking. Massage was good for one of these types of places. Left happy and will repeat if ever in this area again. I really liked that no money was discussed and they use a red light / green light system instead of saying what is / isn't allowed.

SPRING HILL — The husband of a massage business owner was arrested Friday on allegations that he had set up hidden cameras and secretly recorded clients without their knowledge, according to the Hernando County Sheriff's Office.

Stanley William Arnold, 60, faces five felony charges: three counts of video voyeurism via installation, one count of video voyeurism via broadcast and one count of criminal use of personal identification information.

A tip led Hernando deputies to obtain a search warrant for Great One Oriental Massage at 4121 Mariner Blvd. They served the warrant on Friday and said they discovered Arnold had put three cameras in four rooms — and had the ability to watch what was being recorded without anyone in those rooms knowing.

Arnold said he manages the business and used the cameras to make sure employees were doing nothing illegal.

During the investigation, deputies said they also learned that Arnold employed an unlicensed massage therapist who whose photo was placed over the photo of a former employee's massage therapy license.

The unlicensed therapist, Xiaoping Guangzhou Smaller, 55, faces a felony charge of unlicensed practice of a healthcare profession.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement seized the cameras and will search for more evidence, deputies said. The Department of Homeland Security will assist the investigation.

Seven other local massage businesses were searched, deputies said. No cameras were found but those businesses were cited for minor health code violations.

Arnold was to be booked into the Hernando County jail, where he will be held in lieu of $22,000 bail. Smaller was to be held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

An oldish lady, maybe in her 40's, met me at the front desk. Paid 80 for an hour and opted for TS. Poor TS technique, just had hot water poured all over me with some cursory soap and scrubbing. Massage was poor too. She only paid attention to my shoulders and back. Nothing lower. On the flip she indicated that the amount (40) I'd placed on the side table would get me a HE, but if I brought the total up to $, then she'd take off her clothes. At least, that's what I understood from her gestures. So I thought why not, and I agreed. After providing the additional amount, she dimmed the lights and then undid the front of her robe. That's it. Nothing came off. I politely protested, and she indicate I'd need to spend more to get more. I didn't want to argue, so I just went with it. Limited touching allowed. Got the ending, but wasn't really happy.

Overall 180 wasted. I did RTFF, but not many reports in 2019 for this place. I'm never going back here again.

I've read several reports on the top talent at 7. I went today, without an appointment, to see how my "luck of the draw" would pay off.
