Both places have been written up over the last two years. Use the search function for more detailed reports.

M2 is now Latina and seems to be overpriced as their better options available.

Body and Soul on Irving Park has older, paranoid Korean women working there. Got a couple of OK massages but asked for and recieved nothing more. Again there are better options available. If you get put in the front massage room there, be assured you are going to get nothing.

It seems strange to me that suddenly we are getting more and more Latinas working in these former AMPS. Sorry about CTM. They are appointment only. As far as the bakery goes, they closed around two years ago or so, maybe more. A legit salon or spa went in in its place. They were operation out of an apartment for a while. I haven't tried the number lately, so I couldn't tell you if they're totally gone or not. The bakery was a great place while it lasted. The bakery must have closed two to three years ago. This also must have been a couple of years ago - i was on the blue line - going to check what the status of the bakery was - ran into anna/page on the L.
