I was up from the Tricities for the weekend, my hotel was near Dragon Star on University. Saw it mentioned here a few times, so I checked them out. So many of these places shoot themselves in the foot by treating new customers that way, making sure they don't get repeat business. They seem to need better management and to learn proper business operation.
