Most sites won't send out a check until a certain threshold is hit, so this encourages them to broadcast more often. The top camgirls do make out pretty decent in checks from the site, but also many of them are given gift cards, have things bought for them through Amazon gift lists and the sort. Of course as Lexiboy mentioned this is not common for all of them. In order to be successful as a camgirl, besides having good looks, the gal needs personality and to be organized / reliable.
