Something was going on in Hartford last night-this morn.

As I was out doing the usual, I saw a HSW and pulled into a side street but before that I saw LEO with lights dimmed 2 blocks over. I pulled on a one-way street and the HSW came over to the passenger window and said "Hey, What's up? " I looked and said nothing, just checking my text messages. For some reason I had a GUT feeling something wasnt right.

She walked off and at that moment an unmarked car zoomed to the end of the block. I could see her talking to the driver of the vehicle but never got inside. It was clearly an unmarked. I sat there for another minute or so, and then saw at the opposite end of the block LEO driving hard with his lights on. I rolled around and saw another so-called WSW who appeared to be out of place like she didn't belong. I pulled over and parked to see if anyone was going to pick her up. They never did.

On the opposite end of town I saw a WSW walking down a side street earlier in the night but didn't say anything. When I returned there were like 5/6 LEO putting someone in the back of the car. I tell ya something was fishy about what was happening out there. Be careful people.

Drove around HTFD tonight in the rain and saw little action on SW side and on LEO side. As I was driving down Broad St, saw a cute little spinner who asked for a ride. And she is not lying about being from Springfield.
