Kim (or Kimberly) the strawberry blonde was out this morning around 8 on my way to work but I had a meeting early and didn't have time. The flip side is that while sex for sale is legal in the Dominican Republic, it's against federal law to travel outside the US for the purpose of commercial sex. That's not a local-yokel slap on the wrists, folks - it's a federal felony. Not a risk most of us want to take these days.
As for cheap: That same $4000 will buy me 10 days at Hedo II (including airfare), and I'll have a lot more fun and a lot more sex with attractive women who are fucking me because they want to rather than because it's their source of income, and with no potential legal hassles upon return.
But both of those options require significant planning ahead, scheduling time off work, making and confirming reservations, etc. in addition to their big cash outlays. A decent escort may be more expensive on a per-hit basis than a girl at a sex-tourism resort, but one of the things you're paying extra for is the convenience factor... which is of considerable importance for the majority of us, who face busy lives, limitations on our disposable income and spouses at home to whom we have to explain our whereabouts. And with just a modicum of care and common sense, the legal worries are pretty much nil.
With a street girl, the risks all go waaaay up. But the price reflects that.
