I cruised down Brook Hollow to Indian Trail yesterday. Very quiet. Didn't see anyone even walking on the street, much less looking like a provider. This was at the 2:00 pm timeframe.

Interesting article - no big surprises. First rule of picking up an SW - don't say anything until they are in your car and you are driving. These guys who talk up a deal on the streets and *follow her to her room* are just asking for it.
Actually they CAN say NO if you ask them if they're LE. I saw this clarified on a COPS episode once where the officer said that it's part of playing the role of a prostitute/john depending on what kind of sting is going on. Personally I like to see them go with someone else and come back before I make an approach. But I have been out of the SW scene for a long time. CL and Quest seem to get me enough contacts.
i always thought even though your loitering,if you ask them if there a cop they have to tell you yes,am i wrong on this one..i have picked up several women in the years past but i guess i am a lurker also i ride around about two hundred times to just make sure of the seen.
FO
Firm Offer is correct. They can say whatever they want it doesn't constitute entrapment. Actually LE isn't to concerned about entrapment for one BIG reason. Entrapment is called a "pure defense". That means the burden is on the defendant to PROVE to a jury, by a preponderance of the evidence that an officer COERCED you into doing something that you would not have ordinarily done. A couple of things to emphasize here; "to a jury" that means you go to trial, no plea bargains; "by a preponderance of the evidence", meaning it is more likely than not that you would not have done it; and last but not least "coercion", you have to prove you were coerced into breaking the law.
The flip side of that is LE's burden to rebut your entrapment defense. They simply have to show that the simply "provided you with an opportunity" to commit the crime that you are predisposed to commit.
So, if you plan on using the old "are you a cop" technique to avoid arrest, forget about it! You better have another strategy.
BTW, I'm not LE, but did spend a few years in law school back in the 90's.
In theory if they don't mention they're a cop a case could be made for entrapment, but what they want in these stings is arrests, not convictions... its the arrests that put people off and shut down the activity.
Police make procedural errors all the time - any good attorney can usually make use of them - but that doesn't help when youre sitting in that jail cell the first night!

Exactly...

FO
I have seen y'all talk about Quest in the past. What is Quest and how does it work? Is it online?

Yes, this is what I've always heard. Get them in the car and once you are driving and you don't see anyone following you, then you can do the "LE check" (feel their titty and they feel your crotch) and then talk business. I don't know how many guys do the LE check...I've never picked up a SW, but I did do it once with a Quest provider who wanted me to meet her at a fast food place. She was fine with it and it definitely let me know she wasn't LE.
A new strategy that I've heard is to off the potential SW money for nude photos. This isn't against the law....then when you get them naked, you can offer another .2 or whatever for what you really want. However, the downside of this is that you don't know the total price beforehand and you probably end up paying more than you would otherwise (even though you get some pics to partly make up for it).

My only direct knowledge of this is from my friend who was busted for selling drugs (I think it was meth or "ice" or something) to an undercover cop. He asked the guy if he was LE and he said "No"....and my friend ended up spending a year in jail.
So the "are you a cop" question is worthless, except to maybe give a false sense of security.

Exactly... Your best bet is to say nothing of paying untill you see some titties so prettend you are just realy trying to get some for free.

When negotiating a price, its always best not to be the person who first mentions a number.
Hi folks,
I've been out of the 'hobby' & lurking here for a while, this is my first post. I'm seriously considering diving back in, but I have a question about a specific provider I don't want to post in the open forum. Would one of you guys with T-E-R access drop me a PM? I would *really* appreciate the help.

Hi all,
I'm new to Atlanta and I'm right by the airport.
Where can I go around here?
What is the usual price?
Thanks, I'll write a report if I find something good!

The Girls-R-Fun on Northside Drive is gone. It is now a used furniture business. I'm not sure if they re-located or just shut down.

I went there a few years ago and found it really shady, even with an atm in the private room! I didn't expect much but that was weird. I have to admit that their neon sign always made me smile, at least!
Anyone been to the place on Marietta St, studio 63 or whatever it's called?
