So if it is an over reach it would take one or several sites to fight back, in court, to get a limit or definition of the reach of the law. So how many do you think are going to take up that fight against the Feds?

So if one site does emerge as a "replacement" for CXG one can be assured that, with time, it will be short lived. Looks like this might be a game of whack-a-mole playing out?
