Just throwing it out there, and while senior, I may not be senior enough at only 200+ posts to suggest this. But I think it would be fun to start doing a Boston get together every 3-4 months. I travel a bit for work and do try to have a rendezvous on most trips but I find the amount of effort and hit and mostly miss outcomes to lack the ROI I get on home turf. I like the idea of road work but usually find that I spend most the time floundering like a fish out of water. Anybody have any tips for laying down ground work on foreign turf? I met a friend who was in town for something at the convention center and grabbed a beer at the bar in the w. Estin hotel. While there I saw an cute, young, but obvious pro scoop up a client and head upstairs. Wondering if anybody knew of any other such spots in / around Boston.
