A line of traffic came to a stoplight on Kensington ave around Tioga and two 30 ish age men in a black sedan were rear ended. The offending driver in a dark colored older sedan hesitated almost like in your scenario as to what to do and then decided to bust a right turn on a side street towards Frankford Ave direction because the car that was rear ended was boxed in due to traffic not flowing.

The 2 men that were rear ended then backed up and went down the side street to chase the offender / get a license plate no. A few minutes later the offending driver comes tearing down Kensington ave at like 60 mph into oncoming traffic past the original site where the accident occurred and then turns left onto Tioga going towards G street. The damage wasn't that bad. The whole hit and run was more dangerous then the actual accident itself.

And to think young bucks in that area ride motorcycles and dirt bikes doing exhibition stunts all up and down the streets with the kind of drivers they have around there. I once saw a guy on a dirt bike on K Ave riding with a very small child between the handlebars and the gas tank and he pops a wheelie with the child across a major intersection. Unbelievable. Too many thrill seekers and people who don't want to deal with adult consequences in that area.

Damn you guys got heart picking girls up in the daytime. I've been mongering for almost 20 years and I just can't do it. These cameras have extreme zoom capabilities as well incorporating other apps that include LP reconigition. Another primary reason for the upgrades was a result of unfavorable legal settlements stemming from events that occured in the lots.

Do not look just at the building perimeter. Pay attention to the parking lot light poles closely, specifically the areas in between the building mounted camera locations.

" Legal tint in PA for passenger vehicles is 70% which is nearly no difference from not having any tint at all. Then you factor in any deviation in the manufacturer / installers tint and the police tint gauge / meter and even if in good faith got a 70%.

Light / visibility tint you could still get a ticket.
