Never arrived while another client was there but yeah that can be annoying. I agree the daughter generally dresses for comfort vs to impress, compared to the mom being a little more dressy. It is the mom's house and the daughter lives 10 to 15 minutes away so could be a factor for that. Ultimately, for me I like them mainly for more privacy and easier to know what I'm getting compared to Asian places. But there is a cost difference, won't go for more than my last visit now though, and everyone has their preferences. I'm a younger and bigger guy so toothpick, petite ladies are lower on my list compared to a lady that is 175 with double Ds.

I always found your reviews spot on. I focused on the reasons I haven't gone back, but there many positives as well. They are both attractive and very nice. I felt the location is safe and they are very easy to schedule. That alone is a good reason to see them. I don't know how many hours I've wasted on someone in a dive hotel ghosting or not replying until hours later. For the moment I'm happy with a Seeking girl. If you find someone good, treat them right they are hard to find.
