And if that did happen it would take weeks before they could get in because they have to go to the provider. And any evidence gathered would be wholly restricted to the warrant, I.e. Investigating a murder, you can't look into unrelated petty shit. Only if it were a very serious crime could they get a writ, and then that would take the FBI to get it. No one is going to bother her, let alone look into her email for her Johns.
