I can't recall too many who wanted to willingly take it, but I can tell you about plenty who try to dodge it (hint hint Mariah). Typically I've been chastised for not warning them in advance, rushed to nut, advised that there would be an up charge, told to come back later in the night or flat out refused full service. I understand that these chicks don't want to damage their money-makers but a deal is a deal. Most that I come across are so greedy that they would rather provide terrible service and risk a bad review rather than turn down a donation or actually try to satisfy a customer. Given the sensitive nature of this particular hobby, there's not much recourse except to live and learn, not repeat and definitely leave a review. YMMV.
