If you don't call or text the main number to an apartment, main number being the number found on their websites, then you are talking to an outsourced agent. Those outsourced agents get paid as they put the ads themselves and take a cut of your visit. For example, the hhr 140 visit to RL, the girl keeps 80 and RL keeps 60.
