Based on a review here or there I checked out Cosmos on harold ave in wp. Very clean. Out of the way. Off the main drag which I like. It was late and I was the only one there. Didn't catch a name. I am new here on this site. I went to Blue Moon Spa yesterday in Longwood. I called four times to let them know I was going to be late for my 1 pm appt. The woman never called me back. When I arrived, she said she never got my message. Of course she was lying through her teeth. The woman who was going to give me the massage was pleasant looking and very friendly. She apologized for her boss's rudeness and asked me to com eback to see her. I told her I probably would nto return. The spa has only been open for a few days. With an office manager like the one they have there now, they will not be open for long. She was a real nasty be*ch! I will not be going back there. You were in a room with the nice young lady for 20mins chitt chatting, without paying for a session, and said you would come back later. Other clients were in session, for others discretion and safety we all prefer that there is no hanging out in the lobby. You were asked to come back when you felt comfortable with staying and making an appointment. The windows are tinted so that you can see out, but no one can see in. However, we will take your advice on the lighting. It is dim, but I understand that durring the day the sun may come through more than what some would like.
