Public access to most courts can be done via the internet with a last name or case #. The case index is all you can see online as a public viewer unless you go to the clerk 's office of that particular court and pull the actual file or use the microfiche index on site. In order to view files, you have to provide I'd and check it out with the clerk. I've never heard of any tracking of the online search, I imagine it would be difficult and the sheer volume of views would make it impractical. Could you be a bit more specific as to what court and did the clerk tell you your file was check out and by whom? When you say someone had pulled your name, that is a bit vague.

As I have written before, while I certainly understand legitimate provider's concerns about who they are seeing and we use all very means possible to determine that are seeing legitimate providers, giving anyone your personal information, phone number or email that can be readily traced back to your identity is never a good idea.

The good news is that Pearl is a legit lady. Go see her, ask about getting your personal info redacted from her records, enjoy her services, report back top the forum and of course, don't do anything illegal.

She probably put in a request at the courts, paid a fee, and wait for the results. All she needs is you date of birth, of course name, and then the court record will have your last know address. And I'm sure Pearl has your current address. I would find another provider.

Had an opportunity recently to sample another of the relatively new by Spanish crew; this time Chanel. Had met her previously, when she started, for a four handed training session. OK. So how is it you know that if someone, indeed, looked up either your name or case number that it wasn't related to your on going case?

You don't have any information telling you what information about you was provided. One day I read an article in the newspaper about a few banks that would NOT cash a check drawn on them if the person cashing the check didn't have an account with them. I called my bank to see if that was true? If I give some one a check they won't cash it for the amount I write it out for! They confirmed the story.

Next day I found a bank that would honor a check for the amount I wrote on it, went to my bank and FIRED them!! Went to the other bank and gave them my business. If I don't agree with a organization's policies, I don't have a relationship with them. Same way or thing if I don't like the food at a restaurant, I don't buy food from them. To belabor the point, I HATE beets!! SO, I don't eat them. Don't give a dam if you like 'them. NEVER considered telling anyone they shouldn't eat those vile, nasty, loathsome things.

Some people plan a vacation from start to finish; they plan what they will do when they are wherever the want to be for every day they are away from home. NOT me. I have a general idea of what I want to do and see in an area and then do what ever I feel like when I get there, including going some place else. My life has little structure. Going on a vacation with some one who has a lot or structure for their life isn't a vacation for me. So I don't that. That doesn't mean I'm not friendly with high structure people, and / or that I haven't had high structure friends.

How they get the most enjoyment out of their lives isn't a concern for me.

Bottom line, yes, I have a for profit business background, is that with intimate knowledge about me, and years of experience dealing with me, at times I have difficulty making the best choices for my self. Thinking I can evaluate what choices others make for their lives is pretty silly and just wastes my time.

If so well your bad. Did you clarify if you had a nut allergy, if so well not really relevant. Seriously fill the form out with an alias and a burner phone number. That's how I rolled and had no problem being cleared for an appointment, now I just have to get around to booking one inside their apparently tight schedule. From the inability to book one seems to me they are crazy busy. I have a very close monger buddy who has told me it is a rocking good massage. Meaning at least the massage is better than any other group out there. The finish pretty standard for what is out there.

I asked her to use very firm pressure multiple times and still it was like I couldn't feel a damn thing! I paid for the hour and after I was showered and dressed, it ended up being only 47 minutes total, which included 10 minutes of getting undressed, showering and getting dressed.
