A quick run up Dale Mabry from S. Tampa may be within your time frame, but I suspect, if mongering exists in this area, it's mostly a late night affair.

As an historical footnote, I've heard some old timers say Kennedy, the major boulevard that forms roughly the northern boundary of your quaint little S. Tampa enclave, also used to have some traffic of the sort you seek, but that was a LONG time ago. I know I've driven that street late at night many times fairly recently and never observed anything of note.

There used to be some GOOD action there but it appears to be gone now. There also used to be action in the area south of Gandy, on Dale Mabry and in some of the neighborhoods just to the west of DM, but since I don't really do the street scene much anymore, I can't confirm that these days.

An easier cover if you're just trying to cover for smell and don't need to cover for time is to go fill up the car and "accidentally" spill some gasoline on yourself. Wasn't sure until I read an earlier post tonight and realized that was the "Twirly Bird" as the other ladies referred to her as.
